  rude staff following me round took the item I was gonna buy and SNATCHED it out of my hand and said I couldn't have it cause it didnt have its plastic casing on, was playing with a bop it that I was going to purchase for somebody in my famoly I was just trying it out i ts not like I played it 10 times I tried it once for like 30 seconds max to make sure it was working perfectly and 4 staff members just kept poking their heads down the isle and giving my dirty looks do not appreciate that only nice staff member that works here is Bailey Munro

  Usually the service at this store has been great - one of my favourite places to shop because of the products and the service is always friendly, bubbly and helpful but today i wanted to leave my purchases and walk out. There were 4 camping lights available in store , two on the shelf - one in a box and one with no packaging. I wished to purchase all 4, one for myself and the other 3 as gifts but they could not find 2 so i would gift the 2 available. When asking for discount on the one without a box, I was told it could not be done, laughed at and told that "wages had to be paid". I felt embarassed but paid because the product is great and I just wanted to get out of there quickly. On leaving, I realised this is not how i wish to be treated again in a store I enjoy visiting and not only did i feel like my requests were being unvalidated but now i have a present that will look like a "regift" because i have no packaging. This present also has no name, no manufacturing details, no instructions or details on what the product does. I hope management reviews the staff working this afternoon at 2:15 and re-explains what customer service involves. I work in sales and would never treat a customer this way.

  Cheap as Chips Mount Gambìer staff always friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and it's a pleasure to shop there.

  Great specials. Can get everything you need a a reasonable price. And its walking distance from home.
