    tried to book on Stayz, didnt respond to my request, called and left voice mail, didnt return my call, why run a business if you ignor your customers?!

    The shower is a challenge but once you actually get in it is fine. I would not stay there with elderly people as it is difficult to access the shower. I would suggest that an upgrade of the towels is urgent. Currently they are small, thin and scratchy and completely inadequate.

    Just had a pleasant but very wet weekend in Mt Gambier. Netley Cottage was very clean and well presented with lots of homey touches. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Thanks to Kelly for allowing us earlier access due to the horrific weather.
