  Some of the most polite gentlemen I have ever met. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The service is reliable and prompt.If they are experiencing a busy time, they ask if you are attending an appointment, if I so no, they ask if I wouldnt mind waiting a bit. Its never more than 30mins. If I do need to be somewhere at a specific time, they bump me up the list a bit. Thats why I dont mind waiting when they are busy, they are helping someone else. They load the car with groceries and take them to my doorstep, everytime ! I have had some lovely conversations with a number of drivers. I couldn't speak highly enough. PS one driver who took me home from hospital, even refused to take my money as I fumbled through my purse, he could see I needed to get inside and rest.

  nearly got side swiped by one of these bloody taxi drivers who decided to pull out from a park when I was right beside the bloody idiot! I think some of your taxi drivers need to pay attention to the road or need to redo their drivers test because bloody hell I'd hate to be a passenger, not the first time I've nearly been hit by a lake city taxi either! Not to mention when you get a lake city taxi half of them are arrogant and rude from my experiences as a passenger.
